I went to get my nails done for the first time. Customer service was good and they started on my Nails right away. The only issue was the result I asked for French but this is what I got. I was shocked , It just looks tacky and cheap and i paid 80$
I went to this salon few weeks ago. Worst nail experience ever. The service here is completely unprofessional. Flora did a terrible job and made the process incredibly painful—something I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Flora is very unprofessional with nails.she does not know. I do not how she did my nails. My nails were paining 3-4 days. The owner is incredibly rude, and the overall vibe is deeply uncomfortable. She openly make faces and talk about you in their language right in front of your face. Don’t waste your money here.
I've been coming to VO's Nails for many years and have always had incredible service. I usually get acrylic nails and occasionally pedicures, typically keeping things simple with solid colors, and I've consistently had a great experience every time. The staff are always kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they're incredibly meticulous with details. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. I've never had a bad experience, which is exactly why I keep coming back year after year. Highly recommend!
Do NOT come here if you expect professional service or quality work. I came here because I broke my nails and this salon was the closest to my location. The original nail set was NOT done here — I only needed one nail fixed. Since they didn’t have the same cat-eye polish color, I showed a reference photo and asked if they could add flowers instead. I attached photos of what I asked for versus the design I received. The result looked nothing like the reference photo and honestly looked very poorly done. When I politely told the nail technician, Flora, that I did not like it, multiple staff members started yelling at me and accusing me of trying to get the service for free or not wanting to pay. Being falsely accused like that was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful, especially when I never once refused to pay. I still paid in full and left crying because of how badly I was treated. Instead of handling the situation professionally or trying to fix the design, they kicked me out and told me not to come back. On top of that, the nail she repaired was attached too closely to my cuticle and caused pain. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed properly. Very unprofessional staff, terrible customer service, and clearly inexperienced work.
I come here whenever I can after work as a walk-in and always get a manicure. Every lady I’ve had so far has been super thorough and does an amazing job. They always make my nails look beautiful while still keeping my natural nails healthy, which I really appreciate. Everyone is so kind and professional, and I always leave happy with my nails. Definitely recommend!
